Our Home care service is designed to support individuals with various needs for example:

Mental health needs e.g. dementia
Support following hospital discharge
Respite Care
End of life care

Care can be arranged hourly, daily or weekly, and on a full time or part time basis dependent on the needs of the client.

Care is provided in the comfort of their own homes to make life easier at such a challenging time. Care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner by highly skilled and caring staff to ensure the needs of your loved one are met as well as promoting their well-being. Support is provided for tasks which may include but are not limited to:

Personal Care and Hygiene
Medication Prompt / call to actioning
Meal Preparation
Assistance with maintaining food and fluid intake
Laundry and Cleaning
Going out into the community for social activities
Attending medical appointments
Collecting Prescriptions
Companionship
